I adore teaching 1:1 sessions. These sessions are taliored specifically for the client. We work with any injuries that have occurred or just as every human body is individual, we work together to find the most harmonious practice-finding what works best for you. We work towards idividual goals, whether thats physical, mentally or both combined. I work with beginners right through to  people wanting to advance in their practice. I have been practising yoga for around 5 years. I am a professional performer and have been working in the performing arts industry for the last 10 years. I first started to love the physical practice of yoga, but now I adore how the other aspects of yoga keep me hooked. Meditation, breath work and the teachings yoga has to offer, on and off the mat, has opened up my entire life to a wealth of knowledge that helps me live a more peaceful, happy and wholesome life. I am so grateful to have a physical practice that is every bit as good for my body and it is for the mind.
